Solved [TC9b3] Duplicate hotkeys in Options -> Layout dialog

Duplicate hotkey "b" in thes strings:
5104="Show &button bar"
5418="Show &button bar 2 (vertical)"

I have taken the liberty to update Dglrange.txt: http://madsenworld.dk/tcmd/Dglrange.txt - I know it is bound for changes during the betatest, but it can be a help already.

Two corrections:
1. 6160-6162,6166-6168,5112 should be 6159-6168,5112
2. 7801-7811,5112 should include 7800 just in case

I'm using in the lng file:
5418="Show button bar &2 (vertical)"

32-bit version is correct, only 64-bit is wrong.
