1. How to transfer a file on my Android mobile to a USB stick (that I have connected via a OTG cable)?
2. How to do this on Total Commander?
3. Can I do this without TC?

If I connect an USB stick via my OTG cable TC shows a "USB-drive" near the top of the home screen (tap on TC's logo in the upper left corner to go there)

Re: File transfer from Android Total Commander to USB stick via OTG cable
It depends on the drivers installed on your phone - most phones can read FAT32-formatted USB memory sticks, but not NTFS-formatted sticks. So if the stick doesn't show up, you may need to use a third party plugin (Paragon USB or memory stick).
