[TC 11.02 32-bit] FTP Connect: window resizing -> panel height changes in steps

When resizing the FTP Connect window, the height of the panel containing the connections changes in steps when using 32-bit TC, but not when using 64-bit TC.

• Start TC 32-bit
• Select menu option Net/FTP Connect (Ctrl+F)
• Resize the height of the window and look at how the panel height changes

Confirmed - the distance between the bottom of the panel and the lower window edge changes when resizing.

The listbox is set to "integral height", so it will always show up as a multiple of visible lines,
The question is which is better here, 32-bit or 64-bit?

I think 64-bit is better. You don't use "integral height" anywhere else, do you?

This should be fixed in Total Commander 11.03 RC1, please check it!

27.11.23 Fixed: FTP connections (Ctrl+F): List of connection height was using a multiple of the line height (32)

Tested OK using TC 11.03rc1 32-bit.
