The following parameters can be passed to the function behind a slash:
C: Create files which do not already exist
N="name": The name(s) of the file(s) to be created.
G: Go, create new files immediately (has no effect when not using C)
L: Launch type:
L0=do not launch.
- creates an empty text file upon request without asking any questions.
Actual command behavior (since TC11.03 RC2):
- does not create a file, launches text editor with a proposition to create one.
Thus, in the opposite to the /C /G switches instruction cm_Edit does not [immediately and silently] create a file.
In the opposite to the /L0 switch instruction cm_Edit does launch...
