Some icons…

Post by *Clo »

:) Hello !

• My own collection of wild icons as *. ICO 24² - 24 BPP is available HERE - 220 kiB.

- This size is now very well displayed in TC 7.0x for the tool-bar(s). There is also a bunch of such icons for the files lists (not sure they be displayed quite fine yet in 7.0 and previous versions, though).

- Icons having a light pastel background can be useful if you are using a very dark Win background.

- All icons of the standard DLL are not there, but there are icons for new TC 7.0 commands missing in the official DLL.
All is drawn in my own style, you like or you hate, anyway it's for free ! :D

 Kind regards,
Claude
Clo

I see. I like 6th of them. :)

Clo has his own special style in icons. But I don't like this style too much, I like "official", plain style much more.

:) Hi !

• Thank you to give the link !
- Currently, I miss time to make a plate with these icons, and like you point out, they are very numerous ;)

2petermad

:) Hi Peter !

• Ah ah !!! No, I don't use this one, because I don't sort my bars by categories !
- I drew that joke especially for Paul Vansumsen-friend who does so and has a lot of bars ( >10 !)

• For me, an icon must be :
1. Explicit - Meaningful at first glance,
2. Quite visible (for old eyes…) with any background. So, needs sharper colours to make a sufficient contrast.
{ Much further }
3. “Aesthetic” as the most people understand this…

- In fact, there is a kind of code in my icons, just guess it and then, you'll add them a good mark… In example :
Red item (arrow or whatever) = Left or Previous
Green item (ditto) = Right or Next.
• For the Configuration ones, the command-number as electronics colour code… ;)

Thanks you to All for your feedback !

Update…

Post by *Clo »

:) Hello All !

• A small update with addition of icons for some new commands in TC 7.0.

• A sample-board is visible THERE as thumb nails in TC ;)

- Note : In fact, the white BG is caused by “Imagine”, it's really transparent.

• Still available at the SAME LOCATION - 224.6 kiB
