As selection frame partly covers filename, I think that each line should begin with a space, this would increase readability and simply look better.
Also note that 100% is cut.

Loks better now in pb2.

But the '%'-sign is still truncated when '100%' is shown.

Not here but since it might be font-dependant issue I agree with the need for few more pixels to the right.
