Context menu "Manage" on "Computer" not

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

Context menu "Manage" on "Computer" not

Post by *zhpingw »

Hi,

I'm using Windows 7 64bit.

When I right click on "[Computer]", it will show a context menu.

Click "Manage", it will show an error dialog "Application not found".

Does it work when you do the same from Explorer?

Try to run compmgmt.msc from the command line - if that doesn't work, then you are most likely really missing the application.

Anyway that right click menu entry is not put there by TC - it is global.

This will not work because Windows looks in the wrong directory (System32 instead of SysNative) for compmgmt.msc.

Just add a button with the command
c:\Windows\SysNative\compmgmt.msc
