[TC 8.0b20 x32] XP-themed menu cannot be disabled

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

[TC 8.0b20 x32] XP-themed menu cannot be disabled

If you uncheck "Windows XP theme background (menu+all bars)" in TC x32 (including 7.57), menu bar won't be affected. However in TCx64 it works.

Confirmed - the cosmetic issue exists in 7.56a too.
(even in Total Commander 6.0 the menu bar is in Windows XP-style, however the other controls aren't [simply because it wasn't implemented in TC yet] [screenshot])

This happens because in TC 64-bit, the main menu bar is always owner-drawn (by Lazarus), while in 32-bit it's not. I don't currently have any plans to make it owner-drawn in Delphi, it would cause too many other problems.
