When I scroll list of file down can be " arrow up" - when now are refresh Button - and It would be GO UP to higher katalog. Not to back/previos catalog.
EDIT:
Or even clickable path on top of catalague structure.

You can just use the "Back" button of the Windows Phone to go up one level in Total Commander.

Yes, but for only one level. Next use back = not exactly level up. I like hide action button in Lumia 735 then I have more range of usable view.

It works fine here on Windows Phone 8.1, I can go up as many levels as I want with the back key. TC is closed only when tapping on back in the home folder.

Are you using Windows 10 Mobile preview? It doesn't seem to work there.
