[9.0ß3] 24x24 icons for ftp-connections

I like old files/folders icons and I added size 24x24 for some icons (3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 22, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 34), but TC ignores the new size ftp icons (28-31) and scaling down them from 32x32: http://fs5.directupload.net/images/160702/ejid2mwx.png
Is bug or no?

Currently the Ctrl+F dialog only supports 16x16 and 32x32 icons. I will check whether I could support other sizes.

Hmm, I can only get the new system icons for folders in the Ctrl-F dialog - it would be nice if this dialog also respected the IconLib= setting.

BTW, when I try to delete folder in this dialog, confirmation text contains extra pipe character:

Yes, dirs have pipe at end to make them clearly different from connections.

Btw, I have now added support for old folder icons in this dialog, and 24x24 icon support.
