Properly do CD from WFX plugins

Very often I try to cd \\some\share while I'm in SFTP plugin, and cd fails, and I have to go to some regular dir first. It would be nice if TC could detect such situations and change dir properly.

Related suggestion: FS-plugins and commands in command line. I guess the WFX interface would need another flag that the plugins could use to tell TC whether they support own commands or not.
