[Partly implemented] Display of infoversion description for iconlibs

In the "Icon library" dialog I suggest to show the versioninfo description from inside the .dll BEFORE the filename and show the filename in paranthesis - just like in the language setting dialog.

Also it would be good if the width of the dropdown was expanded to something like 450 pixels in stead of the current 216 pixels - there is not much space for BOTH a good description AND the filename as it is now

In TC9.0final the dropdown bow is now as wide as the dialog box - Thanks !
