Submission to download sites

Is there anybody who can tell me how I can submit my own stuff to any of these sites:

http://www.totalcmd.net/

I can't find anything about that on those sites

Well, for the first two (which are the same BTW) you'd have to write to Maxwish (maxwish --at-- gmx --dot-- net), for the second write to Ergo (webmaster --at-- wincmd --dot-- ru) or ICQ 249932.
