Synchronize: interface

I find it a bit distracting that the two panes of the synchronize utility are mirror symmetrical. Particularly when the file list panes in the main program are not. Would it be practical to make the columns moveable? Or did I miss a setting?

You can resize the columns like in the main window.

Moving the divider off center is not really what I had in mind. I meant that the order of columns is reversed in the two panes.
