'''A:''' We define the number of licences you need like this: No more users than the licence gives the right to may run the program at the same time. In other words: You must try to estimate the average number of users who use Total Commander at the same time. So there may be no need to buy licences for all computers on which you install Total Commander.
'''A:''' Total Commander licences are floating licences, also called "concurrent use": At a given time, for each purchased licence, one person may work with Total Commander on any number of computers, even simultaneously. If, for example, 10 employees run Total Commander on 20 computers (PC/laptop) at the same time, a 10-user licence is needed. An accurate detection is not necessary. Just estimate the maximum number of people using Total Commander at the same time (it's OK if this gets exceed for a short period of time).
