TC7 now support real user-defined virtual folder plugin?

I see reference in the TC7 beta change logs to new plugin functions to support file links, to be used in virtual folders. So will we soon have a TC7 virtual folder plugin? Anyone working on this?

The TempPanel plugin from user Gorbush supports it, but I found only an old version on totalcmd.net. Maybe he will post it now?
