TC User Command Converter 1.00

TC User Command Converter 1.00
------------------------------

Total Commander 7 introduces a new user command system. This little tool allows you to convert your old start menu entries to user commands. User commands can be used as hotkeys, in the directory menu, the buttonbar and in the main menu. For more information please take a look in the TC help.

How to use
----------

Just start this tool from within Total Commander. Your ini file which contains the user commands should be detected automatically. If not you are asked to select an ini file which contains the [User] section. Then you are asked to enter a target file name for the the user commands. User commands are saved in usercmd.ini so this is the recommended file name if it doesn't exist yet. A short message then indicates if and how many items have been converted. Please note that "sub menu items" are skipped.
If no usercmd.ini existed you can just start using the user commands. Otherwise you'll have integrate the generated file into your existing usercmd.ini and look out for double command names. Renaming the em-commands to human-readable names is of course recommended.

You are welcome :-)
It's just a one time use and and delete tool ;-) I was just too lazy to convert the start menu entries manually and wrote the little tool. I thought others could have the same task and published it for this reason.

Noble done, Lad! Accumulated over all users who will make use of your tool, you surely have saved some days of manual converting hassles. :D

Strange but right before posting I had refreshed wincmd.ru page and I've not seen it there...
Thanks anyway
