Association file window

Hi,
This window is not resizable, some associations texts are very big and it's a annoyance to roll up/down left/right.

Also, we need to search quickly for association of an extension.

Yeah, a few more dialogs should be made resizable.

Resizing wouldn't help here. The author has promised a complete new dialog but it seems it has not been implemented.
