I don't get everything of his hysteric shouting, but this is the essence:
Seems the game he wants to play doesn't load fast enough or hangs and this ingenious and patient boy tries to speed up things by offensing his computer severely. A few excerpts:
'I don't want to wait! I want to play!!! You son of a b*tch!!!'
'What is this?! Whaz has happened?! I just want to play!!!'
'Quickstart! Now it starts...'
'Play! You wanker! Play'
'Its loading!! It's loading. While loading you have to wait so long!!! I don't want to wait, I want to play!!!'
'Think positive, simply think positive! Soon it will start!!'
at about 2:00, thinghs seems to work for a little moment:
'I'm gonna kill you!! I'm gonna kill you!!'
'I have killed him!!'
'Eat my sh*t! I'm gonna kill you!!!'
A very nice one is about 2:40, wen he notices that he has smashed the escape key out of the keyboard...
'I don't need support!! I don't need support!!!'
'Yes! it works!! I'm gonna shoot you son od a b*tch with a short rifle!!! I have killed him!! I will kill you all!!!'
'eat this you son of a b*tch...'
'Which son of a b*tch shoots at me?!'
...and so on until the grand finale!

Total Commander is shareware product. So I think irony is... hm... beside the point. I just tried to help make it better.
BTW. In TC some dialogs have "uppercased" title (for example: Find Files, Directory Tree) and some "non uppercased" (for example: Compare contents, Change attributes). And this is not good any way.
