Inconstant PlugIns?

Some of the Lister PlugIns I installed (on TC6.55 & recently TC7ß1) for viewing various (mostly MS·Office) files seem a bit unreliable: they work for a while then stop doing so for no obvious reason.

Afflicted items are:
Office.wlx (stopped handling .xls, .ppt, .vsd, now even .doc files!)
GSwlx.wlx (stopped handling .pdf files)

On pressing F3 to view, a dialogue box comes up asking if I want to Open or Save the file. Selecting Open will then load the associated application, which defeats the whole object.

Uninstalling and re-installing the plugins don't seem to make any difference. Curiously though the same plugins seem to work more reliably in TC6.55 than in TC7.

Post your complete [ListerPlugins] section please. It'll help to pin down the source of your issues.
