As you can see, the From and To don't line up properly. It looks really weird and should be fixed. Use four labels instead of what I presume is two; two for the From: and To: and two for the file names.
Also, for the Rename/Move operation, is it really necessary to include both "names" of the operation? Can't we figure out programatically what's going on. I mean, it's either a rename, or it's a move. If it's in the same directory I'd call it a rename. If it's going to another directory (local or other drive) I'd call it a move.
I realize that the second fix is probably too late to fix, as it requires translation changes, but the first shouldn't be that hard.

Sorry, the paths cannot line up properly because the character spacing is different with every font you use...
