Menu With Icons: What value do you like the most?

IMHO, this INI entry should eventually be added either in the config dialog in a graphical way that shows how the menus will be or in an external config utility.

This is planned. Unfortunately there wasn't enough time to get the translation of all the needed new dialog box items, so I decided to keep the option disabled and let the user enable it manually.

) explain me, why a variable which covers exactly 16 different cases is implemented like a 5-bit var, not 4-bit?

Because there are 17 values, not 16.

4 different sizes x button/non-button x pressed-buttons/separate-checkmarks = 16
and +1 to turn the whole option off.
