[BUG] create a zip-file with passwort
Hello,
I try to create a zip-file with password in total commander 7.0 beta 2
I'm sure, that I have the right encryption dll
I'm sure, that I set the checkbox for encryption.
He also asked me for a password two times.
Then he creates a zip-file, but it isn't password protected.
We also get this effect on other systems.
Bug or do I something wrong?

It seems to be related to:
19.11.06 Fixed: Alt+F5 pack: When re-packing a password-encrypted RAR archive to ZIP and the crypto-enabled ZIP library wasn't installed, the ZIP was encrypted with a fake key (3 times -1).
I disabled zip encryption for this case, which must have disabled it for all other cases too...

There are 3 keys of 32 bits. These are set all to -1 in normal TC to disable encryption.
