[WISH] Quick view panel could use TC color palette.

Post by *PeaceMaker »

Hi! I'm using "Quick view panel" feature very often and it could be nice if TC would use user modified color palette for showing this panel...

You can select background color for Lister.
So if it's lister showing up in your quick view then you will have the background color you selected.
Are you talking about something else?

Well, I know how to change the lister palette. The problem is that the "Quick view panel" window is always in the same colors - white background and black fonts...

Well. at least here, Lister always uses the background and font colors I have configured in TC's options, also when it's opened in quickview-mode.

Perhaps you have installed some plugin that uses its own background color?

No - clean installation. Try in your TC - just press CTRL+Q...

Hm, actually I tried already before I posted my previous message :) But I tried again with a blank INI and still can't confirm this.

I start TC and go to "configuration -> options -> color -> other: lister" and set any custom background and font color. After that, lister shows the chosen colors also in quickview mode.

BTW: using XPSP2

It sounds to me like PaceMaker wants to be able to set the "Quick View" font and colors different from Lister. If this is correct I don't understand why.
