[REQ] FTP Change Attributes - focus in numeric field

Request from the Russian forum, and I fully support it.

It would be more convenient to have focus in the "Change FTP Attributes" dialog by default in the field where numeric value is written.
When someone works from the keyboard, it's too boring to press TAB 9 times to jump to this field (3 times Shift+TAB is not much better).

Take a look in Preferences/Icons - Icon &Size
Pressing Alt+S in there automatically selects the combo-box (or whatever its name is ) bellow.

Something like that should be implemented here too.

It's no solution for the Russian interface. Unfortunately, ingenious MS programmers made it necessary to switch the keyboard layout to use Alt+letters for non-latin letters. The only way is to write something like Japanese and Chinese translators do: "<translation> (&S)", but there is just no space for it (Russian text is very long in most situations, and there's no space to add such shortcuts). Moreover, this just looks ugly in my opinion.
