Button bar none-global icon size

Make Change button bar Appearance section none-global but button bar file related.

Why? Since TC has a two row limitation we can have for example the main bar in
a large configuration and when switching to a sub-bar we can get our custom
preselected size for that bar. I'm using size 24 for my main bar and have
configured a sub-bar with the extended icon library which cannot fit all icons
into two rows. On the other hand if I adjust this sub-bar to fit, it will make
my main one too small for my task and everyday use.

As an extension of the above we could even have an option in Change button bar
that can automatically force adjust icons' size to fit single or double rows.

It would make much more sense if these parameters were stored in the .bar file rather than the .ini file:

Buttonheight=
FlatIcons=
SmallIcons=
XPstyle=
SmallIconSize=

To make it backwards compatible TC could just use the values from the .ini file until any old .bar file has been changed.

The parameters in the ini can be considered as default parameters.
And the parameter stored inside the bar file are applicable only for this file.


Dynamically changing the icon size for fitting into X rows can have border effects. As I work with reflex, i prefer having always the same icon size for the same bar.

• I've already requested different sizes for the bars years ago… unsuccessfully.

• I support, of course, and even wish to get more (you know, I guess about the damn "default" bar)
