[REQ] Flat buttons - globally

I do not use Flat buttons/User interface options neither in old windows-style (what I prefer) nor in XP-style modes.

I do so, for these commands have local effect only, referring only on TC's main window.

So, in Flat mode, opened with e.g. Multi-Rename Tool (but also with a simple Copy dialog box) two different styles of buttons would appear in the same time - and that's not too nice.

I know it's a kind of insatiability (even the good is not good enough), but in spite of this it would be great to have these commands with global effect on all/most TC windows. I think it would worth hard work with it.
