After removing last file cursor jumps to the beginning

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

After removing last file cursor jumps to the beginning

Post by *Flint »

Report from the Russian forum.

1. Turn the Brief mode on.
2. Arrange files in some temporary folder to meet the following conditions:
    a) there are many files enough for the file list to have at least two columns;
    b) there are files with long names present, so that only 1 column could be shown in the panel entirely (maybe, with only part of the second column);
    c) there is only 1 file present in the last column.
3. Now go to the end of the file list and remove that last file.
4. The cursor jumps to the very beginning of the file list instead of moving to the previous file.

The same with the Thumbnails mode.
