Good luck, it will be harder to make me change to use the editpadlite as text editor

Beta updated ("Version without installer" link):
- added hidden option for fast search:
SearchNoNextConfirm
If set to 1, it's allowed to continue search (F3) immediately after Viewer start, using the previously saved search options. If it's not set, search dialog will be displayed once to confirm options.
- files are not locked for deletion anymore

Yes winXP sp2. using the Viewer.exe (29.12.06, 08:42). Maybe you can try with my ini file :

Icfu said it works OK. Maybe you're trying smthg wrong?: Open file in Viewer, switch to TC and try to delete (F8) file...
BTW see also NoteTab (notetab.com): works OK with Viewer.
