I see no no keyboard shortcuts for the four buttons (>,=,≠,<) in the Synchronize window.
I know those are images, not characters, but some hard-coded shortcuts would do just fine.
My suggestion:
- ' , ' - comma (stands for the < character but without the need to press shift),
- ' . ' - dot (for the >),
- ' / ' (for ≠),
- ' = ' (for =).
Also, any of the function keys would do just fine, but maybe it's not very intuitive.

The problem is that these characters are on different keys depending on the national keyboard used...
