It would be nice to have an ini setting similar to DriveTipDelay, but working with file tooltips. In explorer there's a delay and I thing it's a better behaviour.

In explorer there's a delay and I thing it's a better behaviour.
Support.
Also, explorer shows the tooltip only when hovering in the name column, not for the entire row.
TC for Linux please!
