Vertical panels, sep.tree, move splitter: scrollbar vanishes

1. Turn the vertical alignment in TC, both panels in Full mode.
2. Make sure there are many files/folders enough for the scrollbars to be shown.
3. Turn one separate tree panel.
4. Move the splitter between file panels up or down. The scrollbar in the lower file panel disappears.
