When using the "new" ctrl-tab behavior (i.e. refresh tabs only as soon as the ctrl-key is released), pressing "ctrl-up" to get to the parent directory of the currently selected tab is broken. I.e. I press "ctrl-tab" to get from tab A to the next tab B, then I release "tab" but keep "ctrl" pressed, and then I press "pgUp". Result -> tab A goes up a directory and tab B goes to the *same* directory. Now I have both tabs (A and B) with the parent directory of tab A, which is probably not what I'd expect.
(I hope I did make myself clear; it's a bit hard to correctly explain this behavior)
I'd expect either:
a) cancel the ctrl-tab, jump back to the source tab and move that one up one directory
b) immediately switch to the destination tab (tab B in the above example) as if the ctrl key was released, and move up one directory in that tab
I'd prefer b) but even a) is better than the current implementation
Ctrl-PgUp with new Ctrl-Tab behavior

This should be fixed now - TC should ignore all other hotkeys completely during Ctrl+Tab. Please test!
