Running beta 3, I insert a USB stick. On the traybar there came an "unplug" icon for the E: drive inserted but TC didn't add an E: button.
After typing E: on the command line the E: drive was added to the buttons. I have two sets of drive buttons running.
Can this be a bug; I think so because the tray bar eject did show the E: drive.
No drive letter on USB stick insert.

Letter here…

Hello !
• This doesn't occur here, I insert my USB-stick while TC is already running, and I get the drive letter (G:) immediately…
• I guess it could depend on the type of USB-stick, the Win version etc.…
- IIRC, this has been discussed already somewhere, but with regard to the local time here,
please perform the Search by yourself !
Kind regards,
Claude

Hello Peter !
• I far as I have read, jphendriks is not talking of any tree view, he's talking of a drive-button…

I know - but both topics are about what happens if you insert (or remove) an USB stick
Since I didn't get any confirmation on my observations at http://www.ghisler.ch/board/viewtopic.php?p=100213#100213 - and since I now see that at least you (a skilled tester) has an USB stick I hoped that you might look at it.
Sorry for the OT - if you answer, do it in the other thread.

Do you have a line
DeviceChange=0
in your wincmd.ini? Then TC will ignore the addition/removal of drives.
