FsLinksToLocalFiles and FsGetLocalName not always called

FsLinksToLocalFiles and FsGetLocalName not always called for temp. panel plugins
1. Start TC
2. Press Alt+F7 and enter search string for temp. panel plugin (i.e. "\\\Plugin_Name\Plugin_dir\")
3. press F3 on some file in search result.

In this case FsLinksToLocalFiles and FsGetLocalName are not called.

These functions have to be added manually every where they should work. There are so many possibilities that it's easy to overlook some. Please let me know if you find other such locations.
