When I download/copy a file, the file is created with the current time. The file is colored because there is a file type filter that defines last 24h. Now the file size counts up and when the download is ready the file time changes to the file time on the server. But sometimes the file stays colored even though the file is older than 24h.

Indeed color filters are currently NOT recalculated when just the time stamp or size of a file changes. This would be quite time consuming during a download, where the size may change all the time...
