'Opened archive' icon after open failed

1. Make two copies of an archive that contains an archive inside (e.g. outer1.rar\inner.rar and outer2.rar\inner.rar); open the panels with these two archives (outer1.rar and outer2.rar) in the left and right panels.
2. In one panel enter into inner.rar archive inside outer1.rar.
3. In another panel try to enter the inner.rar inside outer2.rar.
4. When you get the overwrite confirmation dialog, press Cancel.
5. Now the icon of the inner.rar archive is the "opened archive" (without top side).
