[Wish]Logging started programs

There are some tools for moving or deleting files. They usually can't create logs and even if they can - it's problematic to merge their and TC's logs.
Similary with edition - sometimes it's good to know when a file was modified.
Logging what was started and what parameters it got would be a solution.
