This isn't a bug. It's the function Mark - Compare directories. It makes the files which are NEWER, or which do not exist in the other panel.

Thanks for the answer!
I've searched help on this topic, but I fail to see any mention of it? Please do point me to the location if it exists
If not, please write a help page for this feature. I think that line you wrote as an answer to me: "It marks the files which are newer, or which do not exist in the other panel" would suffice.
What about the buttons in sync window? I assume you should make some adjustment to the minimum size of the window when you choose ftp sync or move the "Show:" and "FTP time" to the left?
For a normal sync this problem is not shown.

Help -> Menu: Mark -> Compare directories:frenky wrote:Please do point me to the location if it exists
Compares the contents of the source and destination directory. Newer files are selected. Files missing in one directory are also selected in the other. Only newer files are marked, not all differing files. This behavior is similar to a popular Commander for DOS.
