Custom columns and scrollbar

Could it be possible to make "Horizontal scrollbar" enabled by default when adding a new set of columns. In most cases I (and I suppose many others, too) need more columns than fit in the panel.

As I don't like vertical scrolling (it's so sloooow), I split colum sets when they don't fit. It's faster for me.

Yes, this is a solution but this way you can't use sorting by every column.
Maybe the best solution would be another parameter like:
CustomColumnsScrollbar=1
