1. create new ftp-connect WITH PASSWORD (if no exist)
2. connect it
3. create new tab in panel with ftp
4. change this tab in logical disc
(i.e. left panel - 1st tab - ftp, 2nd active(!) tab - c:\
right panel - d:\ )
5. Close ftp-connect
6. go to tab with ftp (or click by mouse)
this time TC automaticaly connect to ftp and ASK me password!!!
But this ftp-connect will stored with password.

IMO, there is no security gain, only an inconvenience.
There is no gain in security because the password is already stored, so anyone with physical access to the computer could connect to the ftp anyway.
The correct way is to use the password if stored and ask for a password when there is no password stored (for example after the user deleted that account or the stored password).
Once again, I see this only as an inconvenience and I'm sad to hear it won't be changed.
Maybe the author could reconsider.... ? Please... ?

I agree with astrotzky concerning the security issue - and I support the request.
