Maybe an OT, but has Delphi been already sold to someone as Borland wanted to a yer ago? I've just remembered... Or how is it gonna be with Delphi?

No, it hasn't. Borland separated its development department (so called DevCo) into a separate company. It's CodeGear.com. It's daughter of Borland though, still.

Now all releases of Delphi/C++Builder etc are made by Codegear, Borland is "wathcing" at that.
