[bug] New tab doesn't get the focus under XP Home

Under Windows XP Home, when I open a new tab using command cm_OpenDirInNewTab, it opens a new tab but I stay in the same directory instead of going to the new tab.
Under XP Professional (at work) I do go to the new tab.
Not sure if the Windows edition has anything to do with it, but that's the only difference I can find.

You need to set the option "Configuration - Options - Folder Tabs - Ctrl+Up opens new tab in foreground"
