[suggestion] log view/edit

Post by *tungwaiyip »

I'm very interested in the new log file feature. I will be interested to write a script to analysis the log for usage pattern and suggest short cut to frequently used command.

First off all, can we add view and edit as an logged options? Those are my most frequently operation.

Thank you

:) Hello !

• Currently, the handlings¦events we can log are (from the language-files):
{Logging}
1800="Program start"
1801="Program shutdown"
1802="Copy"
1803="Move"
1804="Shortcut"
1805="NewFolder"
1806="Delete"
1807="DeleteFolder"
1808="Pack"
1809="Unpack"
1810="Test"
1811="NewFile"

• No more… :|

• If you plan to write some addon, you might post in the "Plugins…" section.

:mrgreen: Kind regards,
Claude

I hope this will be considered as an enhancement. Most of what I do is to navigate deep directory structure using TC and then view or edit files. I hope by analyzing the log file I can discover my usage pattern and make some macro to improve the navigation.
