missing button when ftp 'delete'

He sent me a screenshot, but I couldn't reproduce it so far...

I could reproduce and fix it - it happens when the "confirm delete" dialog appears in front of the delete progress dialog. It half-hides the Delete button. After confirming delete, the progress dialog wasn't repainted immediately. I have changed that now.
