High,
after installing Firefox 2.0.0.2 on Windows Vista and setting it as the standard browser clicking on a html file in TC beta 4 yields the error message "Fehler beim Programmaufruf" (error at program start). The same works fine (showing the file in Firefox) when I use the Windows Explorer.

This is a known bug.

Please try these workarounds:
- <CTRL+Enter> + <Enter>
Copy html filename in commandline and start with <Enter> (TC7b4)
- <Shift F10> or <RMB> + select first entry from context menu

Holger

Yes, this is the same problem. It's caused by the new "UserChoice" key in the registry. The next beta will support it. strangely, this key is not documented on msdn.microsoft.com ...

This is fixed with TC7rc1!
Tested with a fresh Firefox 2.0.0.3 Installation under Vista Utimate 32.
In TC7b4 html document are only opened, when IE7 was selected as default browser. The Icon shown in the file list was every time the IE-icon.
TC7rc1 starts always the html document with the default browser. Also the document icon from Firefox was shown (after TC-Restart) correctly.
Thanks for fixing this
Kind regards,
Holger
