[Wish] Change Start Menu: icons for entries.

Perhaps it's a little late for wishes since we are at RC1 but since we now have icons in menus, wouldn't it be nice to be able to assign an icon (.ico - in the beginning at least - or even .exe and .dll) to entries in Start\Change Start Menu?

Indeed this has been discussed before. The problem here are virus scanners - they make loading of icons from EXE or DLL files painfully slow, especially when loading each icon from a separate file. Some kind of caching would be needed, which cannot be added so easily.
