IE View + xbase

Anyone knows how to stop the following:

I use xbase plugin to open xls files, which works perfect. But when closing lister window I get an oopen dialog that seems to get started by ieview. I tried the settings of ieview - disabling xls files, but somehow it still gets a hold of them, after xbase

Do you mean xBaseView plugin?
If yes, please ask in topic "xbaseView plugin issues", which is monitored by xBV author.
