TC has a lot of buttons with ">>" caption (used for showing Open dialog box)
but in the following three places, the first ">" is underlined
1- confirmation dialog box "More Options &>>" button
2- Configuration> Language page
3- Change start menu dialog box
first, pressing Alt+> doesn't work (at least with my keyboard)
second, if Alt+> is work with some keyboards, why not making all ">>" buttons underlined?

Second, you mean like the Help button as discussed here?
- What about two different access keys doing exactly the same. See Multi Rename Tool "Search & Replace" and "Search for".
- What about some group box titles having access keys when it is not really necessary? See Configuration/Quick Search/Exact name match. If this is on purpose, then shouldn't all group box titles have access keys?
- What about several group box titles having double points behind them? There shouldn't be.
- What about group box titles not having spaces around them?
- Etc.
