TC7rc4 - Compare By Content, file not saved when closing TC

* Select two files and open the Compare contents dialog (menu Files/Compare By Content).
* Edit the contents of a file (actually change something). Do NOT save the file.
* Now close TC.

The Compare by content dialog is closed along with TC and all changes to the edited files are gone!

That's indeed a Delphi bug - the CloseQuery event for the current form isn't invoked if the main form closes. I will add code to handle that (as I already do in Lister).
